Do I have to make a long-term commitment?

We offer month-to-month leases, meaning no long-term contracts and no commitment.

When can I access my storage unit?

You can access your storage unit from 6AM to 11PM, 7 days a week!

What if I am not sure what size storage space I need?

No problem! We will be happy to show you around the property and let you see a number of unit sizes. Seeing units in person is the best way to decide which size is best for you. Alternatively, feel free to check out the videos on our website, or simply give us a call at the office for guidance!

How do I pay for my storage unit?

Payments can be processed in person, by telephone, by mail, or through our website. You may also arrange for payments to be automatically charged to your credit card monthly with our free autopay service.

Do you have outdoor parking spaces?

We do offer outdoor parking spaces for RVs, campers, boats, trailers and more. For smaller vehicles, we recommend a large indoor storage unit, such as a 10x20.

Can I do a complete move in online?

Yes. If you like the idea of contactless move in, you can select a storage unit and move in completely online. See below on what you will need. If you prefer, you may stop by our office where our friendly staff will be more than happy to help with your move-in.

What do I need to rent a storage unit or parking space?

Driver’s license or government-issued photo ID, a lock, and first month's payment. We accept cash, check, debit, and all major credit cards.

Can someone else rent a storage unit or parking space for me in my name?

No. The person renting the unit must be present to provide a photo ID and sign the Rental Agreement. Alternatively, we also offer convenient online move in.

Do you pro-rate rent?

We do pro-rate rent for the first month upon move-in. However, partial unused months are not refunded upon move out.

Do you allow band practice or parties in your storage units?

Our storage units are for storing belongings. However, if we were to be invited to said party, we may reconsider!
